You can swap Ethereum- bridged USDT for OpenUSDT on Velodrome on all major OP chains.
Additionally, users can mint new OpenUSDT through the OpenUSDT app by depositing native USDT on Celo. If you would like to buy native USDT, you can do so using Binance or using cross-chain router solutions such as SquidRouter.
